The item will be delivered to your mailbox where you receive your regular letter or postcard.

2. Deliver to the nearby pickup points:
The item will be delivered to your nearby Matkahuolto outlet or locker box based on your home address.

Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days after you have made the purchase
3. Deliver to your doorstep within an agreed time:
The item will be delivered to your doorstep with a set time agreed in advance.

Cost: 11.90€,
Delivery Time: Typically 2-5 business days
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damages
YKI Pass Oy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact contact@ykipass.fi to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
